My doctor suggested some dietary changes to help with my arthritis. I noticed a little relief simply by cutting out:
1. White potatoes
4. Green, red, and yellow peppers
When I added more garlic, omega oils, vitamin C and herbal teas (Yarrow, willow bark, dandelion, and burdock are the best) I really noticed a difference. They always tell you to reduce fat, sugar, salt, and cholesterol from your diet, but in addition, I found these really helped.
